Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Condition Requirements

Products must be in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, and with all labels attached. Electronics must be unopened.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and software downloads are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • You'll be notified once your return is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
